The Katy ISD Athletic Department has gone to an online registration system for Game Workers and Officials pay. Workers and officials must be registered and create a profile prior to submitting pay sheets. Pay sheets will be submitted at the game site via the online system.

Steps to Complete Game Workers/Officials Pay Form:

Returning Workers: (Those who have already created their user profile)
  1. Enter your username and password on the login screen
    1. If you forgot your password you can retrieve by clicking the link “forget your password?” directly below login details.
      1. Enter your username or the email address used when creating the account
      2. An email will be sent allowing you to reset your password
  2. Complete the form for the sport you worked.

 

New Workers: (All who have not set up their user profile)

    1. Workers must create their user profile (click here to create)
      1. Remember your username/password as this will be used for all Game Worker or Official pay sheet submissions.
      2. Can be updated at your convenience

       

    2. Workers need to login with their username/password in order to complete their “Game Workers or Game Officials Pay Sheet”. Complete all required fields. 
    3. After submitting your form, you will have the opportunity to print all documents on the confirmation page or view individual entries on your user profile page.
